George Notte, the sales specialist, was walking past the door when I had asked a question. I didn't realize he was finishing up with another customer. I did my homework, so I knew what I was looking for. Sitting with George, confirmed it. I didn't feel pressured, which hasn't been the case with other dealerships in the past. George has the personality where I felt like I knew him and could talk to him. After taking the Subaru Crosstrek for a drive, I was convinced this was the car. I hadn't planned on purchasing the car on Friday, so I had to go home to pick up a check. My friend said she couldn't believe how nice George was. Because time was an issue, we met with Tara before Michael. Oh my goodness, what a lovely, personable and knowledgeable lady Tara is. She has a remarkable way of communicating. Tara explained the technology and showed us how to use the different features. She said to come back, anytime, if I have any questions. Then we met with Michael Warnock for the financial aspect. He, also, was very friendly and, explained the different protection agreements and the forms I was signing. My friend and I had great conversation with him. Michael is very personable. My friend was amazed at how friendly and communicable everyone was. I had a wonderful experience at World Subaru, and, I have been sharing my experience with my family and friends. Thanks again! Our experience from start to finish was exceptional at World Subaru. Fred, a World Subaru salesman greeted us at the door. We wanted to trade in our Subaru and see what they were willing to give us for it. We did go to World Subaru having done our research. Fred was honest, and very clear with all of his info. We began thinking about making a purchase from Fred! Mike D came to meet us and suddenly we were talking and making a deal! He too was low key, and very easy to talk to like Fred. The purchase is made and Allie showed us how to use all the technology and Apps on the car. She was clear, easy to understand and answered all of our questions. Allie set us up so we could leave confident on how to use all the features on the car. When we picked up our registration, we had a few questions since we'd been driving the car for almost 2 weeks. Tara, Allie's partner assisted us and once again, she was wonderful, patient, and answered every question as she went back over the apps and how to use them. This is our 3rd Subaru Outback and never had such excellent buying experience at any other dealership! More

When I went to pick car up it was waiting all washed and shiny out front, he had all the paper work ready to go. All I had to do was sit with finance, sign and I was done. Tara Mullins showed me how to use the car. Wow all the features. She was so knowledgeable, nice and patient . I have been driving a 5 speed jetta for 19 years so a new outback wilderness with all the amazing features freaked me out a bit. But she was amazing and I appreciate her time and patience!
