Last week I took possession of my new 2023 Subaru Ascent. Despite numerous past car buying experiences, this recent process was flawless and my experience dealing with the World Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ Despite numerous past car buying experiences, this recent process was flawless and my experience dealing with the World Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ and especially my sales representative Glen Miller, was enjoyable, rewarding, and far beyond my expectations! Glen was the most honest, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous sales representative that I ever dealt with......ever! He had in-depth knowledge of Subaru products as well as competitive vehicles. Pricing was very competitive and the immediate availability of vehicles was far better than any of the other dealerships that I contacted. Equally important, at the time of delivery of my Ascent, I was assigned a Customer Experience Specialist Tara Mullins. Tara spent a half hour to forty five minutes orientating my wife and I to the numerous operating features and options within our new vehicle. I have NEVER in over 50 years, experienced such a thorough and detailed orientation! Tara like Glen was extremely knowledgeable of all of the features within the Ascent. She was personable, professional, and willing to spend whatever time necessary to have me comfortable in driving my new Ascent. From my perspective, World Subaru really has an impressive business model. The entire process of buying this vehicle was organized, and resulted in a positive and rewarding experience. Based on my experience, if you’re looking to purchase a Subaru, World Subaru is a great choice. Glen Miller is an outstanding Sales Representative as well as an outstanding resource. Lastly, after you purchase your vehicle, ask for….. insist that Tara Mullins be assigned to be your Customer Experience Specialist. With corporations in today’s business environment focusing solely on profit and sales and not the consumer, it is refreshing to be able to write this type of review and to share such a positive experience. P.S. Even though my Subaru Ascent is only one week old, I have to say….. the car is incredible!!! More

George Notte, the sales specialist, was walking past the door when I had asked a question. I didn't realize he was finishing up with another customer. So, my friend and I looked at the cars in the showroom, door when I had asked a question. I didn't realize he was finishing up with another customer. So, my friend and I looked at the cars in the showroom, and the Crosstrek was on the floor. We met with George who is pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable. I did my homework, so I knew what I was looking for. Sitting with George, confirmed it. I didn't feel pressured, which hasn't been the case with other dealerships in the past. George has the personality where I felt like I knew him and could talk to him. After taking the Subaru Crosstrek for a drive, I was convinced this was the car. I hadn't planned on purchasing the car on Friday, so I had to go home to pick up a check. My friend said she couldn't believe how nice George was. Because time was an issue, we met with Tara before Michael. Oh my goodness, what a lovely, personable and knowledgeable lady Tara is. She has a remarkable way of communicating. Tara explained the technology and showed us how to use the different features. She said to come back, anytime, if I have any questions. Then we met with Michael Warnock for the financial aspect. He, also, was very friendly and, explained the different protection agreements and the forms I was signing. My friend and I had great conversation with him. Michael is very personable. My friend was amazed at how friendly and communicable everyone was. I had a wonderful experience at World Subaru, and, I have been sharing my experience with my family and friends. Thanks again!
