The pre-owned sales manager, Pat Coccio, agreed to mail the missing items to my address after they were not provided at delivery as previously agreed. I also requested clarification and resolution regarding the vehicle’s delivery and condition. Despite being told that management would follow up, I did not receive meaningful responses. Emails and messages went unanswered, and several phone calls were disconnected or ended after only a few rings. As a result, I escalated the matter to Mercedes\-Benz USA Customer Care to seek assistance and resolution. Overall, the level of communication and post\-sale support did not meet expectations for a Mercedes-Benz dealership or reflect the value of the vehicle purchased. I have had to pursue basic resolution independently. This review reflects my experience as of today and will be updated if all outstanding issues are resolved promptly, transparently, and in writing. More
