Prestige Volvo is hands down the best dealership you will ever come across. The sales and service departments are second to none. Service Manager, Jay Rosen, truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wo ever come across. The sales and service departments are second to none. Service Manager, Jay Rosen, truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wouldn't trust my Volvos with any other dealership. I have dealt with Bob Knott in service for years and I am always impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Bob is a huge asset to Prestige. People like Jay and Bob are the reason I keep going back to Prestige. Although I am still enjoying my 7th vehicle from Prestige, I will, without a doubt, be back when it's time for a new one. More

The team at Prestige Volvo is wonderful! Another dealership tried to charge me $500+ for new breaks and when I came to Prestige for a second opinion they let me know that everything was incl Another dealership tried to charge me $500+ for new breaks and when I came to Prestige for a second opinion they let me know that everything was included under the warranty and I would be charged nothing. I knew that other dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me and I’m so thankful to the Prestige team for being honest and kind! More

I had my car , S60 2016, towed to the dealership because it needed a new alternator. The car arrived there late on a Monday. The Customer service representative Tammy let me know my car arrived. I did not it needed a new alternator. The car arrived there late on a Monday. The Customer service representative Tammy let me know my car arrived. I did not hear from the dealership on Tuesday . Wednesday 10:15 am I got a call saying it was the alternator and the secondary battery. She said the alternator would be delivered to the dealership Thursday and my car would be repaired. I never got a call on Thursday about any updates on my car. Friday morning I called Tammy at 11:15am; her voice mail said I am away from my desk or helping another customer, please leave your message. I left a message. By 4:30 pm on Friday I still hadn’t heard a word so I called and spoke to Jason. He informed me my car had just been finished. I asked about Tammy and he said she was off. So… why didn’t her voice mail say “ out of office”? I had informed Tammy that I would need the car delivered to me due to family health condition and was told “ of course , no problem”. Jason then told me all the Drivers had left and there was no one to bring my car to me. So I said Saturday first thing would be ok. Jason then said we have no drivers on the weekend. At this point I was quite annoyed so I said Monday would be fine with a 25% discount off my bill. He put me on hold and the a receptionist picked up the line and asked who I was waiting for and I said Jason ; she said At which location ; I said East Hanover. She then told me there was nobody at that location named Jason. I said I was just speaking with him. She then sent my call to a general voice mailbox . Not happy! Jason called back and miraculously they found two people to deliver my car back to me plus a 10% discount. My complaint is lack of communication , the length of time it took to fix my car , and that I had to deal with all of this unprofessional customer service. We had been a customer of theirs for 6 years and pre-pandemic they were great to deal with…. Can’t say that now. More
