The staff ate Friendly professional and very accommodating. The dealership is clean and equipped to make customer's waiting for service comfortable. I had a problem with my tire and I brought the car into the dealership without calling. I was greeted by Tami Santoro and Jim Cole, service managers. Although I did not lease the car at this dealership, t the dealership without calling. I was greeted by Tami Santoro and Jim Cole, service managers. Although I did not lease the car at this dealership, they were very professional and attentive. Tami went out of her way to try and see that my tire coverage applied. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the coffee machine actually worked. The Prestige group evidently cares about their customers. More
