Dropped my car off at 10am with an appointment, wasn’t looked at until 4pm. Had to leave my car for 4 extra days just to diagnose the issue. My service advisor then quoted me the wrong price and the actua looked at until 4pm. Had to leave my car for 4 extra days just to diagnose the issue. My service advisor then quoted me the wrong price and the actual price of repair was way higher. Now I have an additional warning light on my car and still waiting for the part to be fixed. Unprofessional all around. More
