90% of the answers to my questions were "I don't know. " Starting from the service manager then Lydia. Which warranty am I covered by? Will my the ordered parts fix my car? When will the parts arrive? Eve " Starting from the service manager then Lydia. Which warranty am I covered by? Will my the ordered parts fix my car? When will the parts arrive? Every question, I don't know. Lydia (service personal) told me I needed catalytic converter because of damaged honey cones. Guess what??? The catalytic converter was NOT replaced. They kept my Buick Enclave almost 4 weeks without communication until I threatened to call corporate. That's when I got a call saying my car was ready. Lydia also promised a 10% discount on the $740. That also didn't happen. I am happy to have my Enclave back in my possession though. I'm just not happy with that service team for the second time!!! More
