I rate the technicians ability to diagnose problems with my truck as unsatisfactory. Timeliness of service is poor. I should not have had to wait a day and a half to get my truck back. Especially when I was promised the work would be completed by mid evening on the first day. I was very displeased when no one from the service dept called me to say the work wouldn’t be finished until the next day. Customers should not have to be texting and calling repeatedly in order to get work orders completed correctly and in a timely manor. I am just relieved that Sue went to bat for me to get everything done correctly in the end. More
