The entire Service Department staff is fantastic. Incredibly helpful in scheduling appointments, the Service Director (Bob Chandler) & Advisors (Phil K. & Sue V.) explain thoroughly what work is requ Incredibly helpful in scheduling appointments, the Service Director (Bob Chandler) & Advisors (Phil K. & Sue V.) explain thoroughly what work is required to make any necessary repairs and are always willing to answer any questions & resolve any concerns I may have. Let’s not forget to mention the hardworking Technicians that complete these jobs with very little wait time, making it quite accommodating. Should my vehicle require anything special ordered, I just go directly to Colonial’s Parts Department; Brian and Billy make this process easy-peasy, & I’m notified once these parts have been receipted in. The Sales Department is super-duper friendly and able to find the right vehicle to suit your needs. If there’s one person who keeps everything in the dealership running ship-shape, it’s their General Manager, Mark Babineau. He welcomes everyone with a warm smile and wants only the best for his customers, making sure all aspects of your visit are a pleasurable experience. But the best part, I find, is the surprise interaction you’ll receive with sweet Gamora, she makes the visit to Colonial Ford of Marlboro the bestest ever! From basic maintenance and emergency repairs to state inspections or desired new &/or used vehicle purchases, this dealership does it all. I will always bring my vehicle here. I highly recommend. More

I brought my Explorer there a month ago. Was told 1 part for my gps was back ordered. The rest would be in the next day. Called today and the service women was a complete xxxxx. Told her my Was told 1 part for my gps was back ordered. The rest would be in the next day. Called today and the service women was a complete xxxxx. Told her my name and she huffed. Came back on the phone to tell me all parts were back ordered. I asked when they were expected and she said when they come in. I asked to speak to the service manager and she would let me speak to him. I asked her more than once to speak with him. I’m in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years not no more. I found another dealer that was able to get the part next week for me. More

I had called several local dealers to see if they could get my vehicle in for the recall. None of them would see my Expedition until after the first of the year. These people got me in the same week I call get my vehicle in for the recall. None of them would see my Expedition until after the first of the year. These people got me in the same week I called and then got me a ride home. Great service! More
