Doug and Susan were both great to work with making the purchase quick and easy. Still not sure why it took a whole year for my 2022 to be built and delivered by Ford but the two people that helped me comp purchase quick and easy. Robyn Brandl & the Flammer tech team are absolutely what contemporary automotive service pros should be. Instead of just filling out a work order, Robyn creates confidence in the customer that Flammer real contemporary automotive service pros should be. Instead of just filling out a work order, Robyn creates confidence in the customer that Flammer really understands the latest Ford systems and can actually track down the issues. Software systems on every car brand nowadays are obviously very complicated - and can create frustration, just like any tech device. This was my first service visit to Flammer. I had a couple of software update issues with an Edge that I could not fix on my own. From the get go, Robyn came across as understanding what I was dealing with, and how the team would tackle it. She said she would stay in touch regarding progress, because some in-depth analysis of the system was required. As promised, she communicated through text messages & let me know when the car could be picked up. Robyn took me to the car and explained everything they had looked at & how the issues been addressed. And now, all the systems work great. The paperwork was very complete. Very satisfied! This family owned dealership tries to do right by the customer. I have not seen this kind of personal quality from the chain owned dealerships. A big thanks to Robyn Brandl AND the key tech, Jeffery Keim, who invested the time and energy to get it right. Much appreciated. More

In my view, Flammer being a family owned dealership creates a much better shopping and purchase experience than the corporate owned AutoNation or Sonic dealerships. I did NOT have play the game of, “let me check with my manager” & go back and forth. The Flammer team on my purchase did everything they said they would - and the written price quoted to me via email was the same one I got in the dealership. No bait and switch. They also had the latest software version for my vehicle updated & ready to go. Very satisfied. I came nearly 200 miles to get the car I wanted, and it was worth it. More

Chris Haddad is outstanding. Very down to earth and straightforward, but also knowledgeable and service oriented. He has long tenure at Karl Flammer Ford, and that stability is r Very down to earth and straightforward, but also knowledgeable and service oriented. He has long tenure at Karl Flammer Ford, and that stability is rare in the auto retail business. I was treated with transparency and respect. He had the exact vehicle I called about ready for me, and, most importantly, the price he discussed on the phone was the actual price when I got to the dealership. No pressure. Flammer DOES NOT have crazy add ons like “nitrogen air for your tires” for $398. After purchase, Chris got the new Sync4 infotainment and security systems reset & got me set up. I drove 200 miles to work a deal with Chris, and it came out great. If you walk in treating the dealership staff with respect and courtesy, you’ll be treated the same way at Flammer Ford. More
