Great experience from start to finish I was looking to lease a car and Susana really took care of us from start to finish! We gave her a call beforehand and she quickly got us started on t I was looking to lease a car and Susana really took care of us from start to finish! We gave her a call beforehand and she quickly got us started on the paperwork right when we arrived to the dealership. She really went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted down to the color of the car! We've shopped at Norm Reeves Honda before but when we come back, we'll definitely go back to Susana! When we walked into Norman Reeves Honda Superstore, Susanna Yim was great! She went the extra mile to get us a blue Honda Odyssey which is what we really wanted at the price we wanted and she was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we had all the information we needed about the vehicle.
