I recently leased a car in August that was defective
since day one. I was told several times that nothing was wrong with the car until they finally figured out the cell battery was defective in which my

There is currently a safety recall issue with my car that I mentioned not feeling safe driving and with my child or anyone else. I also currently have emissions issues and misfire with the car and they said it’s due to rodents chewing through the harness and they won’t give me a new car, take the car back or any other solution except pay off my lease contract that I signed. The dealership reported my car warranty won’t cover it and I have to contact my insurance to cover it and pay my deductible fee. I thought I had a reliable new car which turned up to be a horrible experience with my first Honda ever. I will never purchase a car or lease from them again.

According to our records, you initially brought your vehicle to another dealership that simply charged your battery and told you nothing was wrong. When this did not address your concerns, you brought your vehicle to us and we determined that your battery had a bad cell & replaced it. Since then, a rodent chewed the wiring harness and we understand this issue is being taken care of at our Westborough Honda location. Beyond the initial purchase and one battery replacement, we have not seen your vehicle since. You & I have spoken on numerous occasions to address these concerns, so it's disappointing to hear that you've been left with this impression. I was met by my advisor, Robert Hall, immediately and although my car only had 6k miles he offered to rotate my tires, which he didn’t have to do, but it was appreciated. I also inquired about having my car detailed. He contacted me within the hour to provide the details. When I picked the car up it looked brand new just like the day I picked it from this dealership. I’ve only brought the car in for normal servicing but every time I do, I am always treated very well. We also own a fancy german suv that we paid 6 figures for 2 years ago and Honda cars of Boston treats me like I’m a priority unlike the the other dealership with three letters where they treat me like they’re doing me the favor of servicing our vehicle.
