Collision center administrative staff is terrible! Change them or give them training on customer relations. One hang up the telephone to my face Julia Anderson. Their manager left I can’t blame him these people are so aggressive no one can work with them. All they want is to fight! I am a customer who waited literally 4 months to get my vehicle back from the body shop. They don’t know how to sympathize or have any empathy. They just attack. They are rude very rude. They expect me to pay for diagnostic test after they return the car. Did they fix it or not? Who knows! Unacceptable. I want to feel satisfied that my car has been repaired fully if the body shop is returning it to me. I don’t expect to run a diagnostic test to audit the work they have done. Then there is Susan Tarquini. She thinks she is the manager of the people who work for Honda plus the customers. Without listening she gives orders reaches conclusions. Does not have the ability to evaluate a situation like a manager and help the customer especially if the customer is a loyal one for the past 2 years. She wants to send thunderbolts with her immense arrogance and dictatorship. Find someone with managerial skills or give her training. As a matter of fact keep your technicians but fire all your administrative and sales personnel. Find people who can build trust and good relations with customers. If anybody asks me about Honda Chambers collision center I will say run away as fast as you can. The person in Honda chambers called Sean is a a hider He just hides away when there is a confrontation instead of supporting his customer. The Sean in the collision center does not know the features of Honda cars. Robert D. Honda service at the Dorchester dealership is outstanding. Even when I was leaving the parking lot, a staff member sitting outside got up to help me navigate my way out. I was going here for service since 2021. After 2 years of going here, my Honda CRV's LED tail lights had an issue. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, I went there to check this out. After 2 years of going here, my Honda CRV's LED tail lights had an issue. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, I went there to check this out. The manager mentioned that there will be a diagnostic fee associated with the check up and if the issue was due to manufacturing default then it will not be billed to me but to Honda. However, the document that she asked me to sign didn't have this specified. When I insisted about that she mentioned that it in the owner's manual. And she rudely stated that I can take my business elsewhere. I was appalled by her behavior, and this discrepancy in what she was stating vs what the document mentioned. More

The service department in fact, all of her chambers had a system failure just as I showed up from my service appointment. But they handled it smoothly.
