She introduced me to Sean DaSilva, my service advisor, who took care of my immediate need for a new battery, ensuring I understand the warranty and how to activate it should I have any starting problems down the road. They also identified some other service that needed to be done, related to the drive shaft, etc. I was able to schedule that for a few days later when the work was done promptly and aligned with the estimate. Sean provides good explanations with pictures, is careful, attentive, kind, and has a sense of humor.
