As with every Hyundai dealership, the service writer has absolutely no sense about troubleshooting cars. Abhorrent communication efforts. I wrote down my name and contact and my wife's name and contact and absolutely no sense about troubleshooting cars. Abhorrent communication efforts. I wrote down my name and contact and my wife's name and contact and put it in the passenger seat of the vehicle, where it was when I picked the car up. And they still managed to have my wife's name wrong on the paper work, and get the wrong contact information for me and took 2 weeks to hear anything back from them. More
