My service advisor, Steve, was extremely helpful with programming my new key fob. Also, he personally showed me to the customer lounge & made sure I was comfortable which I appreciated. Service was good but the sales and service depts both need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not. need to do a better job explaining the 3 year/36k mile free oil change, sounds like it can be anytime during that time frame but found out it’s not.
