I went in for an oil change at Sunrise Ford on 12/11/2025 at 12:45 pm, and after 2 hours and 15 minutes, they told me that my truck was ready. I noticed that my bill was $45 more than what I normally paid wi at 12:45 pm, and after 2 hours and 15 minutes, they told me that my truck was ready. I noticed that my bill was $45 more than what I normally paid with hidden fees. As I approached my truck, I noticed that my taillight was broken. The manager came and didn't accept responsibility, although he said that he has cameras to prove or disprove the damage. I told him to check his cameras; at that time he asked me to leave the property and was very rude to me. I called Fort Pierce police, and the officer told me it is a civil matter. MY WARNING FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE AT SUNRISE FORD, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA. THEY ARE A SCAM SINCE THE BUSINESS WAS SOLD SOME YEARS AGO. During COVID, I went in for a coolant flush, and they charged me for the service but forgot to flush the radiator. I called two days after; fortunately, they realized the error and flushed my radiator. Sunrise Ford, Fort Pierce, Florida, is a scam. Do not go there. The so-called service director Steven Neidhardt is rude and unprofessional. More

Horrible service took my car for a recall and ended up with a scratch. The manager in charge didn't do anything about it don't recommend next time don't let your oversized employees drive a coupe car and with a scratch. All the necessary repair was not made. Documents were not provided together with the key. I need to spend hours in the service to fix everything what suppose to be fixed. Services received were just as expected. One minor problem, one tire air valve cap was missing. The other three ties found all caps were very loose. So either the text failed to put one on or it was so loose it fell off. Outside of that the services were fine. I did request a military discount, but did not get one. Advance Auto parts gives me 10%. Thank you. More
