I Love my Ford. For the past year and a half I had been looking for my first car. Previously, I had shared a vehicle with my parents. I figured out what car I wanted by the price, features, and an add. I decided to go to Dahl because it was the closest Ford dealership. I was pleasantly impressed with the greeting I had received. I was shown the car I wanted with upgrades and I liked that, but I was very frugal with my decisions and my salesman could tell. Certainly, I upgraded the transmission from manual to automatic. I also upgraded the windows from crank windows to automatic. Also, with my color choice I have all black seats instead of two-toned. A week later, I signed the papers and drove off with my new car. Even after my purchase, my dealer made sure everything was fine and asked how I was liking my new car. I also scheduled an appointment to learn about all the features of sync and they offered that to me. Dahl Ford made the stressful process of buying a car simple and easy. More

TOOK MY 2008 F 150 LARIAT TO DAHL FOR A GRINDING SOUND I TOOK MY 2008 F- 150 LARIAT IN FOR WHAT WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT END . THINKING IT WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WORKED WITH BOTH DAN AND APRIL AND I TOOK MY 2008 F- 150 LARIAT IN FOR WHAT WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT END . THINKING IT WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WORKED WITH BOTH DAN AND APRIL AND THEY FOUND THAT IT WASN'T BRAKES BUT A FRONT RIGHT WHEEL BEARING. THEY FIXED IT UP AND HAD IT READY AT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK EFFORT AND ALSO THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHICH I HAD ALMOST FORGOTTEN. ABOUT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE FOLLOW UP. ALSO STOPPED IN TO LOOK AT 2017 MODELS AND ARE WORKING WITH STEVE GALANIUS ON PRICING FOR EITHER AN EDGE OR ESCAPE AND ARE STILL IN THAT PROCESS YET! More

Above and beyond I went in looking to trade in my 2012 Impala for a used 2015 Escape. I left with a 2017 Escape. Steve Galanius was the salesperson along with Mike Fau I went in looking to trade in my 2012 Impala for a used 2015 Escape. I left with a 2017 Escape. Steve Galanius was the salesperson along with Mike Faulhaber. Mike helped to eat up some of the negative equity I had in the Impala and made it possible for me to leave with a brand new Escape in a monthly payment I was comfortable with.
