I was greeted outside by a salesman, which is normally off-putting, but this salesman approached me differently. He didn't assume I was there to buy a car and start offering sales, he offered his assistance in finding where I needed to be. I told him that I was only looking to see what was available, wasn't making promises that I'd even buy a car, so we went inside to his desk to chat. It was absolutely no pressure. He offered to "run the numbers" first to see where we are, which is probably the smartest thing to do instead of falling in love with something you can't afford. He made some offers, told me some extra promotions on brand-new that were going on and then we went on the test drive. It was a brand-new Escape. I was ecstatic. I was in love. I went back to the dealership knowing that I was taking this car home. So, we got back, I said I wanted it, he got the paperwork rolling and then we just sat and chatted. The rest of the sales team was extremely friendly (and funny) while we sat and waited for the Escape to actually be mine. I really cannot express how amazing the entire staff was. I walked away that day as a 100% loyal customer, never to shop elsewhere again. More

Wow, truly hassle free, enjoyable, fun buying experience. From my first contact to driving out with a new vehicle this was a unique and pleasant experience with no pressure to "buy now". The sales staff does From my first contact to driving out with a new vehicle this was a unique and pleasant experience with no pressure to "buy now". The sales staff does not work on commission. So when I showed up with my wife unannounced and the two people I had been working with were both out, another manager and another sales person picked up without missing a beat. After I finally decided on a vehicle and options there was not one in stock. I did not have to settle or order, they found one a few hundred miles away. No problem! They got it. Then it came time to do the paperwork. I don't think it took fifteen minutes. They had done their homework, asked the right questions and I was out of the business office in no time. We have a Cadillac dealer in Arkansas that we dearly love, Dahl Ford is on track to equal or surpass them. My first service experience will determine the outcome. Javier, Elias, Jim, Steven, and Terry all exceeded my expectations. More
