After exhaustive searches on our own, getting ignored by several dealers, Having a bad experience with a dealer in central Iowa, we called Dahl Ford - noticing they had a truck that we might be interested in. What happened next was not expected. We were invited to come and look at what they had and were extremely friendly and personable. They call their contact staff VIP service - and that is exactly what it is. As it turns out, the truck that brought us there was not exactly what we wanted, so we asked our salesman Steven Galanius to help us find a truck that we would like. Long story short - he worked with us in every request we had without hesitation and ultimately found us the truck that we wanted. In addition - they offered us great pricing without having to haggle a bunch. When there were a couple of issues in question, they showed us that they wanted to make it right and we had a great experience. After the sale I had several service and upgrade questions, and Steven was also very accommodating to help us talk with the right people to answer my questions. No delays in responsiveness and He always seemed to want to do his best to get us what we wanted. More

Although I was underwater by thousands on my trade, and there were title issues that should have dropped the value more, my salesman Steven, the VIP Manager Brenton, and the finance manager went out of their way to find me options. With my situation they got me into a Demo 2018 Fusion SE, with 72 month 0% APR financing. There was never a point in the process that felt rushed or pressured, aside from the normal closing room pitches for extended warranties and paint protection plus an insurance product. On the plus side, they add the extended warranty and highest cost paint protection into the negotiated finance numbers, so if you're wise, you'll walk out of the room with a lower payment than you negotiated. More
