I started having car trouble the day after Zimbrick closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I called the phone number they told us to call and left a message, and immediately received a call from the serv closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I called the phone number they told us to call and left a message, and immediately received a call from the service manager, Mike. He arranged for me to come in and drop off my car and pick up a loaner car until they reopened. I was very appreciative because I needed to drive back-and-forth from home to the office periodically and I wanted to have a safe car. They are awesome!! More

Easy to make appointment. Service completed in one day. Oil Change and Rear Brakes As usual, everything was excellent, except a slight misstep at checkout. First, they forgot my corporate discount, not a big deal, it happens. Second, they charged my credit card the non-discounted price. Again, not a big deal, it was corrected immediately. In all Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside does an excellent job, when mistakes are made, they apologize and correct them immediately to my satisfaction. I made a joke about it, they laughed along with me and took it on the cheek. My family has been customers for over a decade and will continue to do so. We have had our 6 Hyundai vehicles serviced there at one time or another. More
