They do mostly a good job but I have had some issues. Last year I had a nail in my tire and was not told until I found it on the inspection video the next day. This service I noticed a light under the dash and went back to the shop and asked. It was an inspection unit that was plugged in and not removed. The service members joked about it and basically did not thank me for returning it. The service was done well but!!! More

Multiple reasons: 1. Taylor told me it would be $100 deductible for each item I needed to get fixed. I confirmed with warranty there was no deductible. Taylor did not follow up on status of my car, I had to keep calling others to help me. My car wasn’t ready on time and took much longer and Taylor did not put in the tire sensor replacement like I asked. There was no rental car available and the guy I handed my own rental car receipt to submit didn’t know what to do with it. I’m hoping it was submitted to the Walser autoguard warranty. the entire experience was a hassle, confusing, and inconvenient. More
