I would have given 5 stars if the internet listed price had included the “extras package” up front. Added almost $1800 to the cost. I don’t like being misled right from the start. I was able to negotiate a fair price but had to threaten to leave twice. I understand buying cars involves a lot of haggling but was not happy with their first offer. But my sales rep Katherine was great. She quickly responded to all my texted questions before the visit and even created a video overview of the car inside and out. And she has offered more videos to further explain any features of the car. Tip: Don’t buy a car at dinnertime. I was more than anxious to get home after the process. More

My Mom and I had put off shopping for a vehicle for over a year. We are not comfortable with aggressive salespeople or overstimulating environments.. at all. That isn't what we encountered. Iggy has a a year. We are not comfortable with aggressive salespeople or overstimulating environments.. at all. That isn't what we encountered. Iggy has a very comforting demeanor and a calm voice. He was very patient and asked the right questions to not only get us into the car we were looking for, but comfortably and efficiently. He went through all of the buttons and functions ( except for the eject button. I can't seem to find that one) We weren't planning on leaving with a car that day. Thanks to Iggy we made a smart, informed purchase that didn't feel impulsive in the least bit. I drove off the lot in a beautiful 2024 Nissan Rogue with no more or less than I wanted or needed. Then we got to Jill, the business manager. This woman is so efficient and competent at her job with the absolute best sense of humor! She got us a great interest rate and got us all wrapped up and going in no time and with so many laughs. I felt like I had been doing sit ups all afternoon. This team is amazing! Thank you guys! I looooove my new Niiisssaaan!!! More
