Our family has bought several cars from Suntrup, but this was our first time meeting and working with Brian. And now I'll ask for him from now on! I told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect was our first time meeting and working with Brian. And now I'll ask for him from now on! I told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect fit on the first try. He explained every feature, answered every question, provided multiple options for financing/monthly payment, and has continued to stay in touch post-purchase. And even though my husband was with me, this vehicle purchase was for me - and Brian recognized/respected that and focused the conversation toward me throughout the entire process. Jill used deceptive business practices throughout the financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn dow financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn down - look like a used car barn. I was made to wait too long. I was met with aggression, disrespect, lies about my ability to cancel additional service cost/plans, Sales person reprimanded me, sales ‘managers’ refused to provide their names. Sales manager refused to give me Mr. Suntrups, owner’s contact information. I was not allowed to have photocopies of paperwork that had my signature. I was also not given photocopy of “service plan” financial paper that never had the $3,200 written on it (which was the issue of contention). Overall I left with a bile in my mouth and utter shock to the level of unprofessional, disrespectful, uncivil, discourteous treatment I received. More

They made it easy to purchase a vehicle.
