Since this was my sons first car purchase Gary made sure he understood every step in the process and went over all the vehicle information and details of the service plan we purchased. Even though they were extremely busy because of the warm weather we were experiencing in February and we had to wait a bit to sign our papers Gary made us feel at home and sat and waited with us...really felt his appreciation and care for his customers and Kim got us in and out quickly while still explaining everything thoroughly and answering all our questions.
