This is quite possibly the worst service department we have ever used. Previously, we have received phenomenal service from multiple Ram service departments while traveling, but this service department is have ever used. Previously, we have received phenomenal service from multiple Ram service departments while traveling, but this service department is by far the most irresponsible, unreliable and rude Ram dealer…or any dealer, that we have ever attempted to due business with. We were given the run around by different service staff members that constantly accused one another for not doing there job. Ultimately, we spent 8 days trying to get standard recalls completed and they were never done. Having worked in a dealer service department, I can not imagine why this organization gets any good reviews…you should proceed with great caution. We will be reaching out to Ram for assistance. More

After moving to the area, this was our first time at this dealership. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and took the time to answer any questions we had.
