Service was fast, affordable, and friendly. I am so glad I brought my vehicle here for repairs and maintenance. The mechanics know what they are doing and I feel safer in my car now. I really appreciate the folks who work in the service department here. The appointments are tricky to get because they are always booked up. But with such quality service, why wouldn't they be? The team was prompt, straight-forward, and courteous. I wasn't happy about the price of repairs, but it was for a catalytic converter replacement, so I knew going in that it would be expensive, so that's I wasn't happy about the price of repairs, but it was for a catalytic converter replacement, so I knew going in that it would be expensive, so that's not on the service or the dealer. They had my car for a few days, the problem was fixed, and it's like it never happened. I'm very happy! Keep up the good work! More

Very friendly and kind staff. My car needed new clips for the brakes even though it wasn’t getting serviced for that and they were able to get those fixed for me as well. The car had to be towed from Ithaca to Vestal (~50 miles). This was as recommended because of the error code. The repair action was to update engine control unit software that apparently we a service miles). This was as recommended because of the error code. I was disappointed that the service call I did in June (DSG fluid filter change) did not result in application of the service bulletin. Apparently this is not included. I will make it a point to expressly ask that the service bulletins be checked during future service actions. More
