To Whom It May Concern Subject: Unsatisfactory Service 1. On 9/22/2026 I had an Appointment at 08:15 with Buick GMC of Augusta, 3710 Washington Rd, Augusta, Ga 30907, phone number 706-539-5477. Service 1. On 9/22/2026 I had an Appointment at 08:15 with Buick GMC of Augusta, 3710 Washington Rd, Augusta, Ga 30907, phone number 706-539-5477. 2. I Arrived at 08:10 to drop my truck off Sierra 1500 for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Brakes checked and the (AEB) light checked. 3. I was contacted at 2:40 pm that my truck was ready, I asked did they check the brakes and he informed me that they did and they drove at least 10 miles, (now) I am requesting to know what are you doing to check the brakes for 10 miles, high as gas is today, I just put 65,00 dollars of gas before I drop my truck off, I’m requesting some reimbursement for gas, I write down the miles in and out and they drove my truck 13 miles. 4. When I went to the desk to get my key the lady at the desk was trying to charge me for the oil change and tire rotation and I had to inform her again that I have a maintenance plan so now I have to waste more time for them to redo the paperwork, that’s unsatisfactory. 5. When I got in my and checked the (AEB) light was still on, so I had to go back in there and ask what’s going on with the (AEB) light, it is still on, they told me that no one told them to check it, now one of the came out and check but it wouldn’t go off, so he told me to bring my truck back up their tomorrow, keep in mind I live 15 miles from there, now we already talked about the gas. 6. When I return the next day at 09:00, it took about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the rep told me that they calibrated the front camera but if the light come back on we may need to change the camera, that don’t sound right to me, this cost me 169.02. 7. In closing; I like to know why did it take 6 hours and 30 minutes for a oil change, tire rotation and check brakes; and why do you need to drive 10 to 15 miles to check brakes and to me it just did not sound right the way he said if the light come back on they may need to replace the camera and that will cost 1,227.00, I was very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. 8. PS; I FOUND A KEY IN MY TRUCK # MR JOHNNY ROBINSON Also: they don't show no concern for customers time and give out appointments when you the customers vehicle 6 1/2 hours for a oil change, tire rotation and brake check, that's unsatisfactory service and why do you need to drive a vehicle 10 -13 miles to check brakes, i don't understand, i live over 10 miles from Master GMC now that's over 20 miles already and high as gas is right now, at lease you can do is put the gas back in my vehicle, i am requesting a response THANK YOU More
