She was not pushy, gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, and continued to provide support post-purchase to understand accessory options (with Dani), warranty coverages, and service intervals. Regarding price, the options presented were straight forward and transparent. Holly and Steve went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle, even though it wasn’t in their stock, get it delivered to Reno, and ready for delivery. When I stopped by the dealership parts/accessories department and even though they had just closed up, Dani took the time to help me explore options and quote prices. A week later when my accessories arrived, Dani promptly provided the items I could install myself. Holly again put me in touch with service, and Diego called me promptly to schedule an appointment to install my trailer hitch and harness. I will certainly look to use Lithia Hyundai of Reno, Holly, Steve, and Dani again. More
