Untrustworthy and slimy This place charged me double the cost of the vehicle. The sales person there would not take the vehicle on trade 6 months later and says the cars valu This place charged me double the cost of the vehicle. The sales person there would not take the vehicle on trade 6 months later and says the cars value depreciated over $5000 in 6 months. I asked them to justify over charging me to begin with and could not. I understand that is the nature of the business but it isn't enough they got a sale but had to put someone with perfect credit in the negative on car and will never sell the car in the positive even if I made double the payment. If you are looking for a honest business this is not the place for you. More

Trustworthy I moved to Reno from Southern California and needed service for my Azera. Lance Smith worked out a few problems my regular dealer had not been able to I moved to Reno from Southern California and needed service for my Azera. Lance Smith worked out a few problems my regular dealer had not been able to do. When it came time for me to trade, Cody Panzer and Steve Leveille worked extra hard to get me out of bad lease and into an upgrade. I was impressed. Yeah, I have more debt, but I am buying the car, not leasing and I have a new Genesis. These guys are all pretty good at what they do and don't make you feel like you just gave away the farm! More
