Steve was the first person to greet me when I walked in to test drive my (new to me) Highlander Hybrid. He was very direct and prompt while we test drove and answered all the lingering questions. I was dissapointed with the cleanliness of the car interior when O test drove it and even after I bought the car and had left it at the dealership for winter tires, he proceeded to further detail it and meet my requests. He was very helpful through the whole process and was knowledgeable. It was refreshing to work with someone who was not trying to sell me more, but simply make sure what I needed and wanted was met.
