Randy sure was good. He answered the phone when I made the appointment. He was there to meet me on appointment day. He gave me a text way to stay in touch. As my work w He answered the phone when I made the appointment. He was there to meet me on appointment day. He gave me a text way to stay in touch. As my work was being done.. he apprised me of the things that needing doing on my car. He told me they started the service. He came to me when the service was completed and we completed the financial transaction. This only took about 2 hours which was waht he told me when we started. What a pleasant visit! More
