I am so glad I went to Honda North since everyone was truly friendly and trying to help you the best they can. Steve was honestly the best! Honda has been going through a hard time with their inventor truly friendly and trying to help you the best they can. Steve was honestly the best! Honda has been going through a hard time with their inventory but Steve was constantly updating me the entire 2 months to get my car! He was very helpful and flexible. My family loved him helping us to get the car that was fit for us and making sure to answer our questions and concerns. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was super disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. I decided to give it another try and use a different salesperson this time. The person we worked with was great and handled the sales part perfectly, but when I put a deposit on the vehicle I was THEN informed they did not have the title in hand and couldn't do paperwork. Salespeople may not know off the top of their head if they have the title in hand, but this is information that can easily be checked while a customer test drives to avoid any headaches down the road. I had informed them in prior communications and at my test drive that I needed a vehicle in my possession within a few days. I texted my concerns and was told not to worry. Unfortunately, communication was spotty once I put my deposit down and they did not know if/when the title would be in their possession or even its whereabouts. The team at Honda North did not really try to get me into another vehicle or turn this experience around. I ended up going to another dealership the same day, and the process there was seamless even though my salesperson was not in the office to handle the paperwork, they made sure I was taken care of, and I drove my new car off the lot the next day. After sharing my frustrating experience with a friend, they said the same thing happened to them at Honda North. Now, I understand dealerships are under a lot of pressure at this time, but honest communication and being proactive in solving this problem would have made the experience much easier and much less frustrating. More
