You know, when a customer of ours has a problem with a recent purchase, it makes me feel that we did not provide them the service they deserved. While batteries sometime run out without much of a warning, it doesn't make it any better if you are the one with the bad battery. I want to apologize for the problem, but I am thankful that I have great staff like Stephen Mendez who takes command of the situation and does everything he can to make sure the customer suffers the minimum of inconvenience. Thank you for writing this review and letting us know how it all came out. I am grateful for your kindness and glad that Stephen was able to make sure you were taken care of quickly. MCMazda, It is clear that Price is very important as it seems everything in the world is costing more and more. I made some very critical decisions on price, such as No Dealer Fee on new Mazdas, which have made a significant distance in out-the-door pricing. I also believe in transparent pricing and our sales team is not afraid to provide pricing to customers before they even visit the dealership. The days of tellingcustomers that they must come to the dealership to get the best price or a true quote SHOULD BE OVER. It is at Sport Mazda.
