Bought a new 2020 CX-5 GT I recently purchased a new 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring and had a great experience as always with the team at Sports Mazda. For me it all started in April I recently purchased a new 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring and had a great experience as always with the team at Sports Mazda. For me it all started in April of 2014 when I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Touring, I would take it back to the team at Sporting Mazda for regular service and they have always been great. I have a friend that purchased at another Mazda dealership and had issues with service at that location, I told him about Sport Mazda and he has been going there ever since. This past Friday June 26th, I took my 2015 CX-5 in for service and while there I was walking around with my 11 year old daughter we happened upon Marilyn, she noticed I was looking at a CX-9 and asked me if I wanted to test-drive one while I waited on the service, we took the car for a ride and really liked it. So Marilyn asked if it was ok to appraise my 2015 and put some numbers together, in no time at all there was offer sheets and her manager, Juan, asked if I wanted to take a CX-9 home and keep not over night so I could get to really know the vehicle. I had not intended on buying a new vehicle and got a little antsy when I got home and decided to return the CX-9, upon arrival I came across Juan and explained the situation and he was great about it and thanked me for stopping in. Throughout the day I realized it was not the CX-9 I wanted so the next morning I called Marilyn and explained what I wanted, initially I had asked to test drive a Touring edition of the CX-5 and when I arrived back at the dealership Marilyn had both a Touring and a Grand Touring ready for me to look at. I had my wife with me this time and we decided to take the Grand Touring for a test drive, once we got on the road and felt how it handled we were sold. I told Marilyn this was the one for us and she got the paperwork started, the whole process took about 2.5 - 3 hours which in my car buying experience is not too bad. At no time did I feel pressured into anything, the offer sheets had multiple buying options with financing from Mazda, there terms are great right now, and we ended uploading with a great vehicle. I remain a very happy Sport Mazda customer and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. More
