I ended up purchasing a newer Certified Preowned CX-5 and got an incredible trade in price for my older model and Miguel was very knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. I have purchased 2 new Mazda cars (in 2017 & 2018) at Sports Mazda South and have service that should be expected. However, will write about this. I have purchased 2 new Mazda cars (in 2017 & 2018) at Sports Mazda South and have also done all my maintenance services since without issues. Last month during one of my car maintenance, something happened that had me close to NOT using SportsMazda South ever again. However, It was a sincere attention and commitment that Stephen Mendez showed me and not just by saying a “that we value our customers” punchline, but by a true hard customer service approach to making things right. Additionally, my new service consultant Sashary Solá (since Stephen has a new position) worked eagerly with Stephen on keeping me on board still as a customer. It is because of Stephen and Sashary the true meaning of customer service has not completely disappeared. More
