Steve told me it was because of the cold .. btw .. it was not cold he said drive it and it will go off It did not and and the time on the clock was not set correctly despite 2 new batteries I had to leave the car again and get a loaner Not a good experience My service advisor has always been John C and I insisting that he take over the car now I don’t know why I was given Steve .. I always request John or Ramero I have been coming to RALLYE for 30 years and have my husband and I have leased many many cars with you I also had a 150 dollar coupon that had expired 5 days before and Steve said he could not honor it on a 2400 bill That’s not good service for a long time customer ! More
