We really liked the car we were buying, so we ended up, asking the financer to work the figures again. I do feel there needs to be better communication and more true figures given to buyers before purchase. More

Buying my car through them wasn't the bad part it's service. I first scheduled an appointment for my mirror to get fixed under my warranty and when I drove the hour and a half down here I come to find service. I first scheduled an appointment for my mirror to get fixed under my warranty and when I drove the hour and a half down here I come to find I didn't have an appointment. So we had to set up an appointment 2 weeks out. So I drove the hour and a half back home a waited, this time I got a call confirming that I had an appointment so everything was fine. So the day comes for my appointment so I drive the hour and a half back down to get my mirror taken care of just to find out that I would only be dropping off my car and they wouldn't actually be fixing it until next week when we specifically said that we would be waiting in the lobby for the repair to be done that's why we had to schedual it out so far. So now we have to wait 5 hours for them to try and "squeeze" my car it just to glue a mirror back on and put a plastic piece on again. I would not recommend their auto service. More
