I recently visited the Hyundai service center and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced in a timel very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and I appreciated the regular updates during the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait more enjoyable. I make an appointment at 9:30 am for a simple tire rotation. Show up at 9:15 drop my car off. The girl at the desk tells me if I get my tires rotated I should get an oil change as well or else I will rotation. Show up at 9:15 drop my car off. The girl at the desk tells me if I get my tires rotated I should get an oil change as well or else I will lose My oil change that came with the protection package I paid for when I bought the car (which is completely stupid!!) fine whatever give me an oil change I’m not due for. So my mother picks me up so I don’t have to wait at The dealership I’m thinking it’ll be an hour and a half 2 hour max so I didn’t want to wait. Turns out she had a screw in her tire so she took hers to discount tire to get it patched and get her tires rotated… we were in and out within 30 mins or less. I didn’t get my car back until after 3pm… 5.5 hours later!! Absolutely ridiculous. What happens if I didn’t have someone here to be able to take me home or at this point to get my kids from school? I’m just supposed to be carless for almost 6 hours every time I need something as simple as rotating my tires or changing my oil ? Unacceptable!! Plus the girl at the desk is so rude and not friendly at all. When I bought my car they never gave me my car floor mats.. I’ve asked several times and nobody can seem to help or even pretend they care. I’m so over Big Star Hyundai and will not do business here after my service plan is done. Also let me add last time I left a bad review the manager reached and told me to email him so he could address my issue I did and he has yet to respond and that was months ago. More

I purchased a Santa Fe - on day 2 I noticed a slip when braking sometimes. Reported to salesman. Time kept passing but scheduled appointment for oil change and check brakes. I get informed that front brake pads are not good and also need resurfacing. The problem is nobody has been helping rectify this simple issue.
