The service department is stretched too thin. On one scheduled appointment, I was asked to leave my car but was not given a loaner or a rental. I was not given a loaner when I returned for a second appointment until they already had my car for two days. I was called to pick up my car and there were parts of the engine (covers) that were in the trunk. Also, the inside of the back seat had grease marks and the car was not detailed. More
