While parts pricing is not set by our facility, we consistently benchmark our labor rates to ensure they remain competitive for the high level of technical service we provide. It is disappointing to hear that we did not meet our usual standards for vehicle presentation in this instance, and we would like to provide a complimentary re-cleaning of your vehicle to ensure it is returned to you in the condition you expect and deserve.
