Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn Service Department is the best. The Service Manager welcomed me in the drive-in service area. The service area is so clean and spacious it’s like driving your car into a airpl best. The Service Manager welcomed me in the drive-in service area. I got out, had a quick conversation about what I needed done…Mathew already knew, yet he took the time to listen and repeat back to me what would be done, which made me feel confident and relaxed. Next I went into the waiting room, which was clean, very comfortable chairs were available all spread out properly for Covid protocol. I had a delicious cup of complimentary coffee and before I knew it my car was ready, clean and washed! The salesman Stan who I bought the car from (my third car purchased at Herb Chambers Auburn in less than 2 years) stopped by to say hello, Stan specifically asked me about my family members who I bought the cars for…Needless to say, I feel like a valued member of the Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn family. Best Buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! My Tuscon lease was ending and I needed a new one. My other dealership I typically use was not meeting me where I wanted for monthly payments.
