Craziest price change on the FLY! !! My Experience with This Dealership I reached out to this dealership regarding a vehicle they had for sale, and while the sales associate was in !! My Experience with This Dealership I reached out to this dealership regarding a vehicle they had for sale, and while the sales associate was initially helpful, my overall experience was disappointing. At first, they were not flexible on pricing, but they did confirm that their dealer fees were around ~$1,000 or less, which was more reasonable compared to other dealerships. Vehicle Price Changes Since the vehicle had been sitting on their lot unsold for a while, I waited for the price to drop. Over time, the price changed as follows: 2/08/25: + $932 → $22,922 2/15/25: - $1,172 → $21,750 3/02/25: - $760 → $20,990 3/06/25: - $490 → $20,500 Trade-In Agreement When I initially contacted them, they agreed to match my CarMax trade-in offer—as long as I went in and got the official paperwork. That seemed fair and wasn’t an issue for me. The Bait-and-Switch On 3/07/25, a full day after they had dropped the vehicle price to $20,500, I reached out to the salesperson to proceed with the purchase at their listed price—without any negotiation. As soon as the salesperson went to speak with a manager (or whoever makes pricing decisions), they increased the price online before my eyes: 3/07/25: + $1,250 → $21,750 In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never seen a dealership raise a vehicle's price live the moment a customer is ready to buy. I immediately showed the salesperson the previous price on their website, which I had been looking at just before they changed it. The vehicle was also listed on other platforms at $20,500, and I even sent them screenshots as proof. Broken Promises & Dishonest Practices Not only did they refuse to honor their own listed price, but they also went back on the trade-in agreement. After making me go to CarMax for official paperwork, they suddenly lowballed me on my trade-in—despite having already agreed to match the offer. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to act as if they were "doing me a favor" by honoring their new, inflated price, rather than any of the previous prices they had posted. Final Thoughts Personally, I would avoid this dealership at all costs. If they can manipulate their website pricing on the fly, how can you trust that any of their listed prices are accurate? Imagine reaching out about any vehicle on their site, only for them to raise the price by thousands of dollars after you show interest. This isn’t about unexpected fees—this is about outright price manipulation. Mistakes happen, but the consistent price drops over an entire month prove this was intentional, not an accident. This was nothing more than a classic bait-and-switch—and a pathetic one at that. I’ve attached screenshots on Google Maps so you can see for yourself. As you can see, they edited the main site while I was working with them, and the other sites are obviously delayed due to replication time. More

This is by far one of the worst dealerships you could go to, avoid at ALL costs. The people working here are pathetic and will say anything you want to hear just to get you in the door. Specifically Tom and to, avoid at ALL costs. The people working here are pathetic and will say anything you want to hear just to get you in the door. Specifically Tom and Shawn. They were trying to sell us on a “pristine” vehicle, and it was anything but. Dents and scratches all over the car, and they were calling us before hand begging us to not answer the other one’s phone calls so they could get our commission. The car they lied to us about was just awful, and we drove 4 hours for nothing. Thankfully we went to Doral Lincoln 30 min down the road and bought a vehicle that day, which was better in every regard. The experience was 10/10 compared. The whole place just reeked of scams, poor work ethic, and lack of knowledge. Stealership through and through. I beg you, go ANYWHERE else. All their cars are marked up so absorbently high and the dealer fees are the worst I’ve ever seen. But above everything else, they do NOT care about their customers. Guy tried to say the vehicle we looked at only needed 500 dollars worth of repairs, lol, he clearly thought we were stupid, but the dumb founded look on his face when he dropped the fob and it broke into pieces on the floor was the icing on the cake. The whole place is a joke. More
I have been to two other kia dealer ships and have had experiences with both of them, not happy with either one (miami lakes and hollywood). So i decided to try Rick Case Kia and was very pleased with Rya experiences with both of them, not happy with either one (miami lakes and hollywood). So i decided to try Rick Case Kia and was very pleased with Ryan Williams who is very courteous and attentive. He let me know when the car was ready sooner than expected. He explained and suggested some services the car needs. I left the dealership satisfied with the service Mr. Williams provided. Rick Case is now the only place I will take my car for service and I always want Mr. Williams to be my advisor. Thank You, Vionette Paez More
Rick Case has been a Florida staple and icon for decades. My family has purchased more cars than I can remember. This service dept is flawed badly. The service advisor we had is flat out rude and only communicates via text ( Julie) when we did get her on the phone she spoke down to us and even hung up. The service manager Mr Benitez, the chief bamboozler, is a liar and punished us very clearly by not allowing us to have a loaner even after promising one. This service dept even after giving the worst service possible still tried to bamboozle us thousands on a service extension and made up lots of alleged Maintnance we need even though receipts were provided from our honest legit mechanic. Mr Benitez is rude, nasty, condescending and above all a compulsive liar. Called to complain and the Gm called me with the manager on the phone so basically no investigation will be conducted. Please do your homework and look at any place a review can be posted you will see they all say the same. Sales great and service horrible. Literally anyplace you can see a review says the same thing about this place. Just call and try to speak to a human that can actually help you. Good luck and calling corporate even more of a waste. Horrible dealership zero leadership in the horrible service dept and lies after lies. Sales dept as usual great but service is horrific and substandard Not the same Rick Case ): so sad to see. More
