Most importantly, and what really sold me, was the lack of "BS" that other dealers frequently employ. I have so much confidence in Sonya and Galleria that I have referred many other BMW purchasers, and all of them also graded Sonya and Galleria with an A+! I dealt remotely with Sonya and the Galleria team, and I took delivery at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina. While I was never physically present at the dealership, I still feel like I am part of the family as Sonya, Amber, and the rest of the team treated me like a VIP. Even during COVID, every detail was handled perfectly! E-signing, delivering paperwork and temporary tag to BMW Performance Center, handling out-of-state sales tax and registration, etc. all went through without a hitch.
