I flew down from Massachusetts to pick up my new car. I wanted a very specific car, and there are only three in the United States. From start to finish everyone was extremely polite and friendly to deal I wanted a very specific car, and there are only three in the United States. From start to finish everyone was extremely polite and friendly to deal with. We did experience a few bumps in the road… But they were quickly resolved. I now understand that buying a car out of state comes with difficulties. I want to personally thank Owner Sonny for being involved in this process! The worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Wife and I had a car for over a month not knowing our loan was lost because the financing manger quit and left. Thomas reaches out a month later to t Wife and I had a car for over a month not knowing our loan was lost because the financing manger quit and left. Thomas reaches out a month later to tell us we have issues with our loan. Does not properly communicate details or sense of urgency at all. So besides keeping us there for four hours playing money games he completely ignores it’s not our problem the financing manager left but makes it seem it’s our fault the loan never got approved, yet my wife agreed to all the terms and even signed. The only time he cared was if the car was in good condition when we returned it, completely useless and a bad representative of the Regal ownership group. Worst experience ever !!!! Do not trust him one bit. Does not care about the customer one bit. Thanks for nothing Thomas. More

It is widely believed that dealers are ruthless predators, and in my case, I trust the salesperson and manager, so what occurs is that they take your skin out without regret. The company is not lo predators, and in my case, I trust the salesperson and manager, so what occurs is that they take your skin out without regret. The company is not looking for a fair deal; rather, it is looking to take everything. I have owned a few brands of cars in the past, however, this is my first Honda. Although I know the brand has nothing to do with the deal, it still leaves me with a sour taste of the brand, for me. I will never do business with this dealer again, not even for maintenance. On my next purchase, I will always keep in mind that there are several brands to choose from. It is possible that some people could read this and consider it. Why is it so difficult for some businesses to be honest and fair to their customers? More
