Customer service was not good, Sale associate was rude when I asked about pricing and what was the difference from last visit and this visit. Service department is horrible. I took my truck in for a recall. I was told it would only take an hour. 5 hours later, i was told it wasn't going to be finished until the next day. Went back to Regal Honda to have the tint put on our new 2024 Pilot. Once again greeted by Austin to get the work completed. Very pleasant person, always eager to help and seemly always in a happy mood eve 2024 Pilot. Once again greeted by Austin to get the work completed. Very pleasant person, always eager to help and seemly always in a happy mood every time we see him. He is such an asset to this dealership. We were met by a fellow named Brandon Crowley who was eager to assist us as my brother was there for an oil change as well on his 2021 Pilot. He as well was very professional and explained the process and wasted no time getting my brother’s pilot serviced and saw to it his pilot was washed as well. I can’t say enough about the quality of work performed at Regal Honda in Lakeland. I would strongly encourage anyone who’s in the market for a Honda to check out Regal Honda. Professional friendly staff, eager to please their customers Reasonably priced service and most importantly quality service. More

I had a 1pm appointment for recalls on my vehicle. When I arrived I was ignored. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. The person came back and said Rob my service writer had gone When I arrived I was ignored. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. The person came back and said Rob my service writer had gone home for the day. I was then informed they would try to find someone else. I kept asking people if anyone actually worked there. After 15 minutes or so I was advised everyone was on the phone with other customers. I'm sitting in my van watching through the glass windows the staff on phones and visiting with each other. I kept telling people I was just dropping off the vehicle and I had a ride home. Eventually Cristy showed up to check in my vehicle. She had to first check if my parts were in, really? It wasn't a surprise visit to your dealership. When it was finally decided the parts were in I could actually leave my vehicle with your dealership. This process of dropping off my vehicle for an appointment took a very long time. Your dealership is so very disorganized. I honestly can't recommend your service department to my friends. More
