The service agent did not come out to greet me at the car. I sat in the car for a few minutes before thinking “maybe that’s not how it’s done here at Kia”. My wait was 4 hours for unscheduled rotors to b car. I sat in the car for a few minutes before thinking “maybe that’s not how it’s done here at Kia”. My wait was 4 hours for unscheduled rotors to be resurfaced. This car was purchased 2 days ago and only has 5000 miles but still needed these rotors replaced. The service agents were pleasant. The mechanic Lucas did an outstanding job and worked quickly!! I love the service window where we can watch what’s being done! Another shout out to my sales agent Shelton. He checked on me multiple times, asking if he can do anything or get me anything. He’s been great!!! Give that guy a raise! More
