The experience I had with this dealership was second to none. I submitted an online inquiry and Kyle responded immediately. I was given a fair price, we agreed on terms quickly, and expectations were eff none. I submitted an online inquiry and Kyle responded immediately. I was given a fair price, we agreed on terms quickly, and expectations were effectively communicated through a few phone calls and text messages to ensure there were no lingering questions. Shellie sent a third-party notary to my house so there were no paperwork issues, and my car was scheduled to be delivered a few days later. The driver showed up a day early and gave me the option for an evening early delivery or next day scheduled delivery. Unresponsive salespeople can negatively impact the customer experience. Never once did Kyle leave me hanging when I had a question, which is all I could ask for being an out of state customer. I never expected to buy a car out of state this easily. More
