Sheldon was great and we highly recommend him. He was not pushy and had all of the information we needed to buy our car. We were offered through the finance department the Toyota Platinum Extended Warranty for $5000 (10 year, 100k miles) which we declined and then found at another dealer (outside VT) for $1380.
