It is good but called to schedule an oil change and was informed about a recall. When I arrived only to be told that they can only do the oil change since they don’t have the part to recall. Wasted a day informed about a recall. When I arrived only to be told that they can only do the oil change since they don’t have the part to recall. Wasted a day of my time and now have to take another day off when they get the part.,If I was told this before would have rescheduled since the oil was good for another 400 miles. More

I had a persistent problem with the sound system on my car, and the technicians were having a hard time tracking it down. My concern was taken seriously, and Shelby went out of her way to make sure that s car, and the technicians were having a hard time tracking it down. It was elevated to the Kia Tech Line, and while it took several visits, the problem was eventually resolved. More

Unreasable delays in service. Poor communication with owner of vehicle. Dealership does not provide rentals resulting from internal delays corresponding with California.
