I’m extremely pleased with Shayne Carrington, who was assigned as my sales representative after I became frustrated with the previous sales representative I was assigned. I had first attempted to buy a c assigned as my sales representative after I became frustrated with the previous sales representative I was assigned. I had first attempted to buy a car in early September. After several fruitless attempts I gave up until Late November when I saw that the price had been reduced. I talked with Kevin Stine, and explained my frustration to him. He assigned Shayne, and from then onward Shayne simply obliterated my frustrations through his diligence and outstanding customer focus. He promptly responded to my emails and texts and provided the data and information I requested. I had planned to fly to Phoenix to personally drive and inspect the car before closing the deal. However, I decided not to do that because of the confidence and trust I had in Shayne. I’ve never bought a car (new or used) without a personal inspection or drive. Shayne arranged to have the car transported to Littleton, Colorado where I would meet the transport driver a drive the car to my home in Cheyenne. The transport was done flawlessly. And, the car is exactly as CBB and Shayne described. Without Shayne and Kevin, I would not have the car that I’ve wanted for a long time. More
